We want you backing gear that's right. If an item arrives faulty or damaged, we'll offer a replacement or refund — contact us at [email] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the fault, and we'll sort it out.

Due to the nature of our limited drops, we don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection — please check our size guide carefully before ordering.

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Under the ACL, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for goods that fail to meet a consumer guarantee, regardless of the terms above.
